Eligibility: Any male or female ages 8-19 Only!

Divisions: Youth 1 (8-9), Youth 2 (10-12), Teen 1 (13-15), Teen 2 1(6-17), Teen 3 (18-19)

Weight Classes:

• Male: 81,89, 97, 105,114, 123, 132, 148, 165, 181, 198, 220, 242, 275, 308, 308+

• Female:81, 89, 97, 105, 114, 123, 132, 148, 165, 181, 198, 220, 220+

Full Power, Push Pull, Bench Press Only & Deadlift Only

Raw, Raw Classic

Rules:

• Singlet is not require (but encouraged) just no excessively baggy clothes.

• Raw Division: allows belt and knee sleeves. Over the calf long socks required for the deadlift for all lifters.

• Classic Division: is raw except it allows up to 2.5 meter kneewraps for the squat.

• For all flights of Squat we will use the 20 kg bar.

• ER Combo Racks will be used for Squat and BP

• Ohio Deadlift Bar will be used for DL.

• Rules will follow the same as the Iowa State Fair competition. 2 Commands for Squat (Squat, Rack), 3 commands for BP (Start, Press, Rack) and 1 command for DL (Down). Click Here for rules.

Registration: The cost of the meet is $85.00 To sign up for the meet please scroll to the bottom of the page and add it to your cart. A pop-up screen will appear for you to fill out your information.

• Once you have signed up for the meet there will be NO REFUNDS issued for any reason and you will not be allowed to sell your spot.

Weigh-ins & Equipment Check: 

• Friday March 27th, 2026 from 9:00 - 11:00 AM & 4:00 - 6:00 PM at 22nd Street Barbell

Rules Meeting: All lifters are required to be present!

Meet Day March 27th @ 8:30 AM

Lifting Starts: 9:00 AM 

• The plan is to start lifting right at 9:00 AM. If you are in the first flight you may need to start warming up prior to the rules meeting, which will last 5-10 minutes.

Admission/Spectators: $5 purchased at the door (cash or venmo)

Awards: 1st place only medals will be given in each division. Also, a best male and female lifter will be awarded to divisions that have 5 or more lifters.
