Buy 1 year and get 1 month FREE! This membership is $506 for the year plus tax and that is reflected in the price you see. The year starts from the date of purchase.

If you sign up after the 5th of the month you will not be responsible for paying dues until the following month. If your payment declines on the 15th you will be charged a $20 late fee. The cost of this membership is $80.50 plus taxes. which is reflected in the price you see. In order to be eligible for this membership you must be legally married and living under the same roof. No exceptions!

Everyone must complete the Liability Waiver prior to using the gym, which is to the right.
Above that you will see membership options. If you click on the item you are interested in you can learn more about that option. Once you find the one that works best for you fill out all of the information necessary and submit.
You will be charged the first months dues immediately upon checkout and then moving forward your card will be charged monthly on that date in which you made the original purchase.
A 30 day cancellation notice is required for all monthly memberships. An email must be sent to office22bb@gmail.com requesting cancellation. Include your name on the account and effective date to go into effect. Cancelling your auto payment option is NOT an acceptable option for cancellation of your membership.
If at any point your card declines when trying to withdraw your monthly payment you will be assessed a $20 late fee.

No worries. Read the liability waiver below prior to using the facility and type in your name and email address. Your 1 week trial starts on the day you sign-up. A follow up-email will be sent with in 24 hours. (Limited to a 1 time use & must be 18 years or older.)

Liability Waiver for 22nd Street Barbell - Required to use the gym.
In consideration of me being permitted to participate in any way in 22nd Street Barbell, hereinafter referred to as (Parties) sponsored Activities ("Activity"), I agree:
1. I understand the nature of Parties activities and believe I am qualified to participate in such Activity. I further acknowledge that I am aware the activity will be conducted in facilities open to the public during the Activity. I further agree and warrant that if at any time I believe conditions to be unsafe, I will immediately discontinue further participation in the Activity.
2. I FULLY UNDERSTAND that: (a) Parties Activities involve risks and dangers of SERIOUS BODILY INJURY, SICKNESS AND DISEASE, INCLUDING PERMANENT DISABILITY, PARALYSIS AND DEATH ("Risks"); (b) these Risks and dangers may be caused by my own actions, or inactions, the actions or inactions of others participating in the Activity, as well as those of Parties, the condition in which the Activity takes place, conditions in the club, the actions or inactions of any other third party, or THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE "RELEASES" NAMED BELOW; (c) there may be other risks and social and economic losses either not known to me or not readily foreseeable at this time; and I FULLY ACCEPT AND ASSUME ALL SUCH RISKS AND ALL RESPONSIBILITY FOR LOSSES, COSTS, AND DAMAGES incurred as a result of my Participation in the Activity
3. I HAVE READ THIS AGREEMENT, FULLY UNDERSTAND IT'S TERMS, UNDERSTAND THAT I HAVE GIVEN UP SUBSTANTIAL RIGHTS BY SIGNING IT AND HAVE SIGNED IT FREELY AND WITHOUT ANY INDUCEMENT OR ASSURANCE OF ANY NATURE AND INTEND IT TO BE COMPLETE AND UNCONDITIONAL RELEASE OF ALL LIABILITY TO THE GREATEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW AND AGREE THAT IS ANY PORTION OF THIS AGREEMENT IS HELD TO BE INVALID THAT THE BALANCE, NOTWITHSTANDING, SHALL CONTINUE IN FULL FORCE AND EFFECT.
I HEREBY RELEASE, DISCHARGE, COVENANT NOT TO SUE, AND AGREE TO INDEMNIFY AND SAVE AND HOLD HARMLESS Parties, their respective administrators, directors, agents, officers, volunteers, and employees, other participants, any sponsors, advertisers, and if applicable, owners and leasers of premises on which the Activity takes place (each considered one of the "Releases" herein) from all liability, claims, demands, losses, or damages on my account caused or alleged to be caused in whole or in part by any person for any reason or otherwise, including negligent rescue operations and further agree that if, despite this release, I , or anyone on my behalf makes a claim against any of the Releases named above, I WILL INDEMNIFY, SAVE AND HOLD HARMLESS EACH OF THE RELEASES FROM ANY LITIGATION EXPENSES, ATTORNEY FEES, LOSS LIABILITY, DAMAGE OR COSTS ANY MAY INCUR AS THE RESULT OF ANY SUCH CLAIM.
