Timeline of Days Events:

• Weigh-ins & Equipment Check: 7:00 - 8:30 AM at the venue

• Rules Meeting: 8:30 AM in warm-up room

• Lifting Starts: 9:00 AM 

  • The plan is to start lifting right at 9:00 AM. If you are in the first flight you may need to start warming up prior to the rules meeting, which will last 5-10 minutes.

Meet Equipment: On the platform we will be using a power bar, ER Rack, and calibrated KG plates.

Membership: All lifters are required to have an active USA Powerlifting Membership for the year 2027 to compete. This needs to be done prior to the meet day. Memberships expire on December 31st of each year. If you purchase your membership in November/December it is good for the following year. Click here to either purchase/renew your membership. You need to show a physical or digital copy of your membership card upon check-in at the meet.

Sign-up: To sign up for the meet please see below. Once you have signed up for the meet there will be no refunds issued for any reason and you will not be allowed to sell your spot. On the sign-up form your USAPL membership number is required. If you currently are not a USAPL member and want to sign-up, but do not want to purchase your membership till November or early next year simply enter 00000000 in the blank so I know it is not your actual number. Then, once you do sign-up please send me your number prior to the meet

Records: American records can be set and you can get a qualifying total for Nationals.

Awards: will be given out to best over-all male and female lifters. There must be a minimum of 5 lifters in the same contest and equipment for a best lifter award to be given. That is why at the majority of meets we only awards to best male & female raw lifters. Also, medals will be awards to 1st, 2nd and 3rd place for each division & weight class.

Admission: $10 for spectators (12 & under are free)
