Signing up is easy and we have different options to fit your needs! Need to know information:
Everyone must complete the Liability Waiver prior to using the gym, which is directly below.
Below that you will see membership options. If you click on the item you are interested in you can learn more about that option. Once you find the one that works best for you fill out all of the information necessary and submit.
You will be charged the first months dues immediately and then moving forward your card will be charged on the date in which you signed up except the yearly membership option.
A 30 day cancellation notice is required for all monthly memberships. At 30 days is when the monthly membership rate will cease. An email must be sent to office22bb@gmail.com.
If at any point your card declines when trying to withdraw your monthly payment you will be assessed a $20 late fee.
Waiver
This membership is $46 for the month plus tax and that is reflected in the price you see.
When checking out you will make your 1st months payment and agree to the following:
22nd Street Barbells dues can and will be withdrawn monthly from the date of original purchase. This is a reoccurring fee until a cancellation is made by you.
If your payment declines you will be charged a $20 late fee.
If you wish to cancel your membership a 30 day notice is required. It must be in writing to 22barbell@gmail.com Information sent must include: name on the account, request to cancel and effective date.
Buy 1 year and get 1 month FREE! This membership is $506 for the year plus tax and that is reflected in the price you see. The year starts from the date of purchase.
When checking out you will make your 1st months payment and agree to the following. 22nd Street Barbells dues are withdrawn the 15th of every month. If you sign up after the 5th of the month you will not be responsible for paying dues until the following month. If your payment declines on the 15th you will be charged a $20 late fee. Lastly, a 30 day notice is required to cancel your membership and must be in writing to abbiemork@gmail.com.
The cost of this membership is $80.50 plus taxes. which is reflected in the price you see. In order to be eligible for this membership you must be legally married and living under the same roof. No exceptions!
