The cost of this membership is $115 plus tax, which is reflected in the price you see. This membership is for family members of 3-5 memberships. To be included in the membership all persons must live under 1 roof.

When checking out you will make your 1st months payment and agree to the following:

• 22nd Street Barbells dues can and will be withdrawn monthly from the date of original purchase. This is a reoccurring fee until a cancellation is made by you.

• If your payment declines you will be charged a $20 late fee.

• If you wish to cancel your membership a 30 day notice is required. It must be in writing to abbiemork@gmail.com. Information sent must include: name on the account, request to cancel and effective date.
